If you’d like to learn more about shopping and ordering at the Holly Lerski Store, please take a look at some of our frequently asked questions.

How do I order?
Simply click the “download" button next to an item, and it will be added to your cart. When you want to check out, just click the "shopping cart" button at the top of the page which will take you to your Paypal shopping cart, and you'll be prompted to enter the right information.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We use Paypal as our Secure Digital Download and Payment Service, which accepts all the major debit and credit cards whether or not you have a Paypal account. This means no lengthy logging in if you don't have time, or don't have a Paypal account.

Is it safe to use my debit or credit card?
Yes! By using Paypal we guarantee the use of latest encryption technology to protect your credit card and other information. All orders placed go straight into the Paypal basket which uses secure server software (SSL). Just check for the little security padlock icon on your browser. It encrypts all of your information, including your credit card number, name, address and phone number, so that it cannot be read by anyone else on the Internet. We also use DLGuard for our digital delivery, making sure your downloads are protected all the way from our server to your computer.

How do I know my order has gone through and when do I receive my music?
You will receive a confirmation and unique link to your MP3(s) as soon as payment is made, which you can then download to your PC or Mac. You will also receive an email with the unique link as back up.

Do you sell CDs and othr stuff?
Yes, we will be making some releases available on CD format. We'll also be adding merchandize. Please check back for availability.

What happens if there’s a problem with a purchase?
